One of the worst things an employee can experience is being constantly bullied and insulted by colleagues. This not only makes going to work dreadful but also severely impacts mental health. Instead of resolving conflicts, some individuals prefer to add fuel to the fire, supporting wrong behaviors.

In many workplaces, it’s common to see colleagues making fun of others' work, appearance, or background. When someone seeks help or clarification, they might be met with sarcastic or demeaning comments. This behavior exposes the hypocrisy and manipulation prevalent among people who would rather lecture others than address the real issues.

The prevalence of such toxic environments highlights the need for self-awareness and empathy. Instead of perpetuating negativity, we must strive to create a supportive and respectful workplace. Seeking support from trusted people and maintaining inner strength is important in such situations. If nobody is with you then, be your own helper. Always be strong and stand strong against all odds no matter what the situation is.

Employees/people/everyone must maintain professionalism in their work. To receive respect, one must also give respect.
